An account reset is to be used only when strictly necessary, most often to resolve stuck and pending transactions. We do not recommend you reset your account unless one of our Support agents suggests you do so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To reset the account: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. On Mobile, tap the main menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select Settings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Select Advanced <\/p>\n\n\n\n
